Cancellation Policy

Life happens! We understand that cancellations happen and we completely understand. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. If you fail to notify us within the given time period you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the appointment.

If you have to cancel due to being sick or having any COVID symptoms we will waive the fee, please give us as much notice as you can.

COVID 19

If you have had any of these symptoms in the past couple of days we kindly ask that you email us to reschedule your appointment. This is based upon the form made by the Reopening RI tool to help slow the spread of COVID.

  • Cough

  • Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing

  • Fever or Chills

  • Muscle or Body Aches

  • Sore Throat

  • Headache

  • Nausea or Vomiting

  • Diarrhea

  • Runny Nose or Stuffy Nose

  • Fatigue

  • Recent Loss of Taste or Smell

If you answer yes to any of the following questions please email us to reschedule your appointment, unless you can present a negative test result.

  • Have you been in close contact (less than 6ft) with anyone with COVID-19 or is showing symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

  • Have you travelled outside of the 50 United States in the past 14 days?

  • Have you been ordered to quarantine or isolate by the Rhode Island Department of Health or a healthcare provider in the past 14 days? If so, when does/ did your quarantine period expire?
